Freda Mae Goodwin Fisher Seaman, 96, of Morgantown, formerly of Hillsboro, OH, passed away peacefully Thursday afternoon, May 24, 2018 at home. She was born May 15, 1922 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Martin Luther Goodwin and the late Sarah Taylor Goodwin. Survivors include her husband, Charles S. Seaman; three sons, Terry Lynn Fisher and his wife Judy and Daniel Ray Fisher and his wife Prudence all of Hillsboro, NC; and Robert P. Seaman and his companion, Nancy Heinze of Morgantown; and several grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Jesse Fisher; three children, Donna Jean Willey, Nancy Jean Sweeney, and Charles R. Seaman; and six siblings. Freda attended the Pierpont Church of the Nazarene and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Eagles in Hillsboro. She had also worked at Hillsboro Hospital and did volunteer work at the community kitchen.
