Gail Douglas Bridgeford, 82, of Ames, passed away, Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at his home. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at a later date in Woodbine. Gail was born November 25, 1936, the son of Kenneth and Alvina (Nauroth) Bridgeford.

He graduated from St. Joseph’s in Dunlap and had attended Iowa Western Community College and Iowa State University. Gail served 20 years collectively in the United States Army, Air Force and Navy.
