Gary Alfred Doss, age 82, of Crossett, AR, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018. He was born on November 20, 1936 to A. Z. and Lessie Lois Akin Doss. Mr. Doss retired from the United States Air Force where he worked in electronics on missle launchers.

He loved sports, especially basketball, football and track. He is preceded in death by his parents, A.Z. and Lessie Doss; his wife, Barbara Jean Doss; one son, Rusty Doss (1996) and two sisters, Anetta Langley and Myrna Cummins. Survivors include two sons, Ronald Grand Doss of Crossett, AR and Greggory Allen Doss of Lafayette, LA; one sister, Carolyn Barnett and husband, Mike and two grandchildren, Mitchell Ryan Doss and Joseph Daniel Doss.

Funeral services are 11:00am on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Jones Funeral Home. Visitation is from 5:00pm until 7:00pm on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Jones Funeral Home. Interment is at Crossroads Cemetery.
