OBITUARY Gary Edward Stowers December 24, 1946 – January 3, 2019 Gary Edward Stowers, 72, of Cross Lanes, passed away January 3, 2019 in CAMC Memorial Division after a short illness. Gary was born December 24, 1946 in Hamlin, WV to the late Cleasby Adkins and Guy Edward Stowers. Gary retired from CSX Railroad with over 30 years of service.

He served in the Airforce. Gary especially enjoyed spending time with his grand-daughters, fishing, riding his motorcycle, and tinkering around the house. Left to cherish his memory are his loving children, Blair Westcott (Andrew) of Huntington, and Blaine Stowers of Cross Lanes; grandchildren, Addisyn and Harper Westcott, both of Huntington; longtime companion and best friend, Kathy Stowers of Charleston; and his four legged friend, Tobey.
