Gary attended Kensington High School. He joined the Air Force and served his country honorably from 9/11/1964 to 6/06/1968. He retired after 25 years of employment with the United States Postal Service.

Gary is survived by his brothers/sisters, nieces/nephews, and great nieces/nephews. Brother, Dennis (Chris) Lyons. Sister, Pat (Bill) Regan.

Sister, Diane Granata. Sister, Sandy (Ron) Smyntek, Brother, Greg Lyons. Brother, Rodney (Debbie) Lyons.
