CHURCH HILL- Geneva G. Phillips, age 85, passed away Friday March 15, 2019. Geneva was a native of Carter County and the daughter of the late Dewey & Etta Oliver Grindstaff. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Phillips, a sister Eudina Bordeaux and brother Mac Grindstaff; Geneva was a member of First Baptist Church, Church Hill.

Survivors include, Daughter- Cindy Phillips, Son- Bo (Gena) Phillips, Grand-children- Rebecca & Emma Phillips, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 11-1, funeral service 1PM at Tri-Cities Funeral Home, graveside service to immediately follow in Church Hill Memory Gardens, with Pastor Gray Gerhardt officiating . In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gideons International Church Hill/Mt.
