George Albert Boyles, Jr., of Dover, and formerly of Townsend, peacefully returned into our Fathers heavenly arms, Monday, July 23, 2018, in his home, after a lengthy illness. He was 55. George was born September 21, 1962, in Dover, where he spent most his life.

He had worked as a painter for many years, and in his free time he enjoyed gardening, drawing, fishing, and music; but his favorite thing to do was having fun, playing with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Joseph Jolly, and sister ,Susan Boyles. George is survived by his 2 Daughters, Mea Ann Stephens & husband, Charlie and Ashley Dawn James & husband, Chris , both of Holiday, Florida; his son, George Albert Bodine, & wife, Katye, of Camden, DE; his Seven loving grandchildren, Sierra Kylee Stephens, Savannah Ann Stephens, Sage Jean Stephens, Madison Theresa Tiernan, and Cameron Jacob Council, all of Holiday, FL; and Kendall Grace Bodine & Aubrey Taylor Bodine, of Camden, DE; his mother, Phyllis Jolly Davidson, of Dover; his father, George Albert Boyles, Sr, & wife, Claude, of Camden; and his 5 loving brothers and 2 sisters , Matthew Scott Boyles, Jeffrey Todd Boyles, Robin Kent Boyles, Neil Kendall Boyles, Holly “Shoog” Calhoun, Charles Boyles; and his best friend and partner in crime Ralph.

A Celebration of George’s Life will be held 3 pm, Sunday, July 29, 2018, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave. , Wyoming, DE; where family and friends may gather 1 hour before. Condolences may be sent via: www.
