Mr. George B. Speller, “Bozie”, age 76, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019 in Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. He was a member of Spellers Chapel Disciples of Christ Church in Windsor, NC. Survivors include his wife, Annie G. Speller of Windsor, NC; a son, Ken Speller of Rocky Mount, NC; two daughters, Jenita Bardlavens of Atlanta, GA and Zellene Cochran of Raleigh, NC; three brothers, William Sheppard of Rembert, South Carolina, Elijah Sheppard of Quantico, VA, and Elbert Bond of Windsor, NC; four sisters, Ellen Emmanuel of Williamston, NC, Zellene Laney of Virginia Beach, VA, Mary Bond and Marie Bond of Windsor, NC; and three grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Manson Mortuary in Williamston, NC and on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at New Bethlehem Apolostic Church in Windsor, NC. His funeral service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 11:00 am at New Bethlehem Apolostic Church in Windsor, NC with Rev. Ricardo Hardison serving as the eulogist.

Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Windsor, NC.
