Obituary for George E. Campbell Jr. George E. Campbell Jr., 90, of North Huntingdon, passed away peacefully Friday December 28, 2018, at UPMC McKeesport Hospital, surrounded by family. He was born June 26, 1928 in Monaca, a son of the late George E. and Anna S. (Johnson) Campbell. George was a retired business systems analysist for Westinghouse Telecomputer Center.

He was a member of Norwin Christian Church, North Huntingdon, Polaris Lodge No. 375, F. & A.M., the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Pittsburgh, Syria Temple, and was an avid sports fan. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Shirley (Baker) Campbell; his children Carl E. Campbell and his wife Virginia Johnson Campbell of Wappingers Falls, NY and Lynn A. Bell and her husband Scott of Hernando, MS; his grandsons Hunter R. and Mitchell E. Bell; siblings Donald A. Campbell of North Huntingdon and Ellen Jean Downes of Elizabeth Township; also nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. with Pastor Joshua Persall officiating. Private interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery Penn Hills.
