OBITUARY George Gabriel Jauregui February 25, 1934 – November 25, 2018 George Gabriel Jauregui was born to Concepcion and Guadalupe Jauregui on February 25, 1934 and passed away on November 25, 2018 with his family by his side. George was born in Armona, CA. He attended local schools and graduated from Hanford Union High School.

After high school George enlisted in the Air Force where he served four years and was proud to serve his country. In his tour, he was stationed in French Morocco over seas. Upon returning to civilian life he took a position at Kings County General Hospital in Hanford.

This is where he met Sandy. The two were married in 1961 and settled in Hanford where they welcomed their son, Brian and then daughter, Tami. George was well known in his community as he worked many years for Crocker Bank as a loan officer.

Working in this position gave him the opportunity to serve other towns as well including Madera, Ventura and Oxnard. George also gave back to his community serving in the Hanford Noon Lions Club for many years. He had a love for fishing and hunting, his favorite being on Eagle Mountain Reservation.

Nothing could surpass the love he had for his wife and his family. George was the fixer, the giver, the support, the unconditional love, the rock. He will be greatly missed and loved forever.
