He is survived by his daughter and caretaker Vicki Lewis; grandchildren and caretakers CJ Seymour and Savanna Lewis. George is also survived by 2 daughters, 1 son, 3 brothers. Memorialation will be by cremation Marianna Chapel is in charge of arrangements The family would like to thank Tamera Hudson and the staff at Covenant hospice for everything they’ve done.
