George Henry “PIG” White, beloved son of Virginia and the late George E. White, was born on October 23, 1942. God called him home on November 29, 2018. George received his education in the Accomack school system.

He moved to Lakewood, NJ in the late 60’s where he met and married Jane Thurston (deceased). George and Jane were married for 25 years until her death in September 2000. George worked for 22 years as a Car Detailer for Toms River Lincoln/Mercury.

He then moved on the Bob Maguire Chevrolet of Bordentown and retired after 6 years of employment. George loved to play cards and dominoes with his friends. He enjoyed listening to music and going to the flea markets.

George fried some of the best chicken, fish and fried potatoes you ever want to taste. He spoke his mind and would argue with you until his point was made. George was preceded in death by his brother Gregory White, honorary brother Cecil Copes, his sisters Lillian “Lillie” White, Roberta “Bert” White and his twin sister Baby Girl.

Left to cherish many fond memories of love and laughter are his three step children Arthur Warner II of California, Debra Warner of Toms River, NJ, Lia Wilson (Kimble) of Mount Holly, NJ and God daughter Cecilia Taylor (Jonathan) of Sicklerville, NJ. Siblings: Beverly Downing of Parksley, VA, Wanda Watson of Jacksonville, NC and Quinten White of Pittsville, MD. Cousin: Michael White of Parksley, VA.

Aunts: Lenora Johnson of Snow Hill, MD, Margaret White of Chesapeake, VA and Loretta White of Onancock, VA. Grandchildren: Michelle Barnes of Burlington, NJ, Desiree Barnes of Fayetteville, NC, Tisha Barnes of Bronx, NY, Donald Barnes Jr of Trotwood, OH, Curtis Flowers of Neptune, NJ, Debra Flowers of Trenton, NJ and Candace Love (Jeffery) of Browns Mills, NJ, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, a great, great grandchild family and friends that will truly miss him.
