George K. Lockett, 88, died December 9, 2018. He is survived by his brother Thomas Lockett of Scranton, his companion of over 25 years, Laura Eschbach and her family, along with several cousins in Pennsylvania. George was raised in Moosic, PA and was a graduate of the Thadeus Stevens College of Technology in Lancaster, PA.

He spent most of his career working as an Electrical Engineer for IBM Federal Systems in Owego. He was a member of the West Side Social Club in Avoca and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Military honors will be conferred 7:00 pm Monday at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St. Binghamton.

Friends may call from 6:00-7:00 pm. He will be buried in Abington Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a gift in memory of George to Thadeus Stevens Foundation 750 E King St Lancaster, PA 17602.
