Obituary of George Conley Jr George Dewey Conley, Jr., 88, of Hurst, TX passed away on December 13th, 2018. He was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma on July 5, 1930 to George Dewey Conley, Sr. and Dorothy Switzer. A memorial service will be held at Forest Ridge Funeral Home Memorial Park Chapel, 8525 Mid Cities Blvd.

, North Richland Hills, TX on Tuesday, December 18th at 2:00 PM. Interment will be at Fairlawn Cemetery, 2700 N Shartel Ave, Oklahoma City, OK on Wednesday, December 19th at 1:00 PM. George grew up in Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma University with a degree in Civil Engineering.

He served three years in the United States Navy before starting his life-long career with the Federal Aviation Administration. George was preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Suzanne Bonaparte Conley, his daughter Cathleen Lark Conley, infant son, George Dewey Conley, III, and his brother, Gene Carol Conley. George is survived by seven nieces and nephews: Janice Reynolds, Steve Conley, Kelly Seiter, Carrol Chapman, Ann Leventis, Jamie Riscen and Jean Marc Bonaparte.

He is also survived by twenty-one great nieces and nephews and multiple great great nieces and nephews.
