Obituary for Georgia L. Reifsnyder Georgia L. Reifsnyder, age 93, of Alliance, passed away at her home at 9:10 a.m., Wednesday, December 14, 2016. She was born September 17, 1923 in North Canton, Ohio, to Warren A. Givler and Selma L. (Hibshman) Givler. Mrs. Reifsnyder graduated from North Canton Hoover High School.

She spent her entire married life in the Alliance area. Mrs. Reifsnyder was a member of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church. She is survived by her sons, Mark E. Reifsnyder and David P. Reifsnyder, both of Alliance; daughter, Sandra S. (Lee) Smith of Jacksonville, Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Paulus E. Reifsnyder, on July 13, 2000; and ten brothers and sisters. Services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church with Pastor Angela Storer officiating. Friends may call the hour prior to the service at the church.

Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on Mrs. Reifsnyder’s behalf to Abiding Savior Lutheran Church or the Salvation Army. Arrangements are by the Walton-Schrader Funeral Home.
