Gerald Ray Sheets, 84 of Springfield; the son of James E. and Mary E. Sheets born Dec 28th. 1933 in Scioto County, Ohio passed away December 14, 2018. Survivers include his wife of more than 65 years Patty Ann Sheets, Daughter Debbie (Tony) Bumbalough; their children Becky (Eric) Renegar and Alex (Erin) Bumbalough, great grandchildren Emma, Haley, Avery, Amelia and Evelyn; sister Carol (Chris) Shank.

Gerald was preceded in death by his parents and siblings. Gerald retired from the Harrison division of General Motors in 1994 and enjoyed many years of retirement to devote time to his family, card playing and golf. Private services were held at the convenience of the family.
