Obituary for Gerald T. Dempsey Sr. Gerald T. Dempsey Sr., age 93, of North Huntingdon, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019. He was a world war II Navy veteran that went on to work for over 42 years as an instrument repairman at the Edgar Thompson Works in Braddock. He is preceded in death by his parents and seven brothers.

He is survived by his children Gerald Dempsey Jr. of Bellingham, Washington, Eleanor Dempsey of Youngwood, Norma McCarthy of Greensburg and Philip (Colleen) Dempsey of Blairsville; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; Brother Howard; and sisters Betty and Janet. Friends and Family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200. Everyone with gather at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Tuesday for a funeral service with Rev.
