Geraldine M. Grant April 22, 1920 – February 12, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Geraldine Mae Grant, 98, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 in the Morningside House of Laurel. Geraldine was born on April 22, 1920 in the Bronx, New York. She was daughter of the late Conrad and Edna Koopman and sister to the late Rose Horne.

Geraldine married the late Malcolm S. Grant on June 8, 1941, and they shared 59 years together. A homemaker most of her life, Geraldine doted on her family. Not having any children of her own, she had plenty of love to share with her nieces and nephews and was never happier than when she was with them.

Geraldine loved the beach and moved to Lewes, Delaware with her husband, and enjoyed many summers at Rehoboth Beach with her sister and her family. A memorial ceremony, officiated by Pastor Meredith Wilkins-Arnold, will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 4 p.m. at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146. The interment will be private.
