Gertrude’s Obituary GERTRUDE E. KAELIN ( nee Tryon ) went to be with her Lord, her beloved husband Bob, and her lovely daughter Doreen, on Tuesday, March 12th, 2019. She died at home with her loving family at her side. Gertrude was born and lived most of her life in Croydon.

She attended St. Thomas Aquinas School and graduated from Nazareth Academy in 1952. On October 9, 1954, she married her beloved Bob. Her world stopped on September 20, 1981, when Bob died at the age of 49, from a massive heart attack and again on January 13, 1986, when Doreen died shortly after giving birth to her son, Joseph.

Gertrude is survived by three sons, Robert of Utah, Richard of New Jersey, and Stephen of Lititz. She is also survived by three daughters, Kathleen, Helen and Susan, all of Croydon. She leaves behind her grandchildren, Bill, Diane, Bob, Joseph, Justin and Logan, and, great-grandchildren, Hayeslea, Lucas and Sawyer.

She is also survived by her 2 brothers, Bill of Jenkintown and Jim of Croydon. Gertrude loved her God, her family, her parish and her friends. She was a volunteer for twenty years at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish Office.

Services and Interment will be private.
