Gladys Lou Burris, age 68, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 1:54 p.m. Friday, March 29, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, IN. Lou was preceded in death by her parents William and Martha Powell and her step-daughter Jennifer Burris. She is survived by her husband Roy Burris of Henderson, KY; 2 daughters: Brenda Banks of Henderson, KY and Martha Reeves of Evansville, IN; 1 son William Trainer of Henderson, KY; 1 step-son Anthony “Tony” Burris of Henderson, KY; 1 sister Edna Vaughn of Henderson, KY; 1 step-sister Sherry Upchurch of Henderson, KY; 1 step-brother Ronnie Duncan of Indiana; 5 grandchildren; 5 step- grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to Lou’s Life Celebration from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2019 and again on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the service time at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, KY.
