OBITUARY Glen D. Wilson Sr. December 9, 1929 – September 28, 2018 PEORIA- Glen D. Wilson Sr., 88, of Peoria, Illinois, passed away Friday, September 28, 2018 at the Heartland Healthcare Facility in Peoria. He was born on December 9, 1929 in Princeville, Illinois to Clarence and Evelyn (Pratt) Wilson. He married Marjorie L. Nash on March 28, 1953 in Peoria, Illinois.

She preceded him in death on August 11, 2010 in Peoria, Illinois. He is also preceded in death by one daughter, Betty Jackson and three grandsons and one sister. He is survived by four children, Glen Wilson of Peoria, Susan Jones of Bellevue, Illinois, Timothy Wilson of Germantown Hills, Illinois and Scott Wilson of Peoria; eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; one brother, Eugene Wilson of Metamora, Illinois.

He worked 40 years for Caterpillar Inc. as a crane operator before retiring. He was a former member of the Eagles and a local C.B. Club. Funeral services will be at 11 am Monday, October 1, 2018 at the Davison Fulton Bartonville Chapel.

The Rev. Keith Winkler will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior the service on Monday at the funeral chapel.

Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer Association. You may create an on line condolence at www.
