Glenda Gayle Walker, a resident of Dothan, died Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at her home. She was 75. Memorial services for Mrs. Walker will be held at 2 PM Friday, February 15, 2019 at Eddins Road Pentecostal Ministries with Reverend Jimmy Cook officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church. Glenda was born in Dothan, Alabama February 20, 1943 to the late Cecil and Irene Bullock Kirkland. She worked as a telephone operator for several years with GTE then retired from Sony after 17 years of service.

Glenda was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Nancy Keel and a brother, Doyle Kirkland. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Jerry Walker; son Timothy and Martha Walker; daughter, Debbie Trammell; three granddaughters, Krystal Learned (Graham), Anna and Jerri Trammell and a brother, Mack and Becky Kirkland.
