Glenn’s Obituary Glenn E. Byers, 64, of Sullivan passed away Friday, May 3, 2019 in Sullivan. Glenn, son of the late Bobby Byers and Margaret (Hawkins) was born July 2, 1954 in Centralia, IL. Glenn was a faithful member of Canaan Land Ministries in St. Clair.

One of his biggest enjoyments was going to church. His career consisted of being a Hair Dresser and a Cook for many local area restaurants. He looked forward to making cakes, pies and cheesecakes for his family and special occasions.

He was always an extremely caring and giving person. His door was always open to everyone in need. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Margaret Byers; one brother, Duane Byers and one brother-in-law, Allan Davis.

He is survived by one sister, Alice Davis of Bourbon; one nephew, Cody Davis of Bourbon; one niece, Alonia Davis and significant other Lee Johnston of Villa Ridge; great nephews, Allan, Alexander and Hayden; great nieces, Ava and Lennan; other relatives and many friends. Memorial donations to Canaan Land Ministries are preferred.
