Mr. Glenn Davis, age 74, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018. Mr. Davis had been a resident of Auburn for the past year. He was retired from the U.S. Army with over twenty years’ service.

He was also retired from the United States Civil Service where he worked with logistics for many years. Glenn had a lifetime hobby of painting miniature soldiers and was an expert on military history and uniforms. Mr. Davis is survived by his daughter, Jill D. Hill, of Auburn; son, Jeffery G. (Elizabeth) Hill, of Cumming, GA; four grandchildren: Jane Hill, Joseph Hill, Chynna Oaks, and Madelyn Davis; sister, Patsy Johnson of Blanchard, LA; former wife of forty-eight years, Janis Brittain Davis, of Auburn.

An Interment Service will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. at the Fort Mitchell National Cemetery. Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home & Crematory directing. www.
