NORTON – Glenna Jean Huddleston, 84 went home to be with the Lord on June 27, 2018. She was born December 15, 1933 in Weaverville, California to Howard and Evelyn Crepeau. Glenna worked as a phlebotomist at Barberton Hospital for more than 32 years, which she enjoyed doing very much.

She and her husband Leonard, attended Living Hope United Methodist Church where she helped with the food pantry, baking, helping those in need during the holidays and singing in the choir. Glenna was always supportive of her children, attending their sporting events, other youth activities and encouraging them to try new things. She at one time was an avid softball player and always enjoyed talking with family and friends.

Glenna will be most remembered for being a Godly woman, who lived by example for her boys. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Leonard; son, Michael; and daughter, Jamie. Glenna is survived by her sons, Dan (Joyce) Richards, Leonard (Lisa) Huddleston, Jr., Mark (Carol) Huddleston; grandchildren, Justin (Kim), Brian, John (Stephanie), Steven (Bekah), Daniel, Marc (Kate); 10 great-grandchilden; and sister, Ellen.

Friends may call at Bacher Funeral Home, 3250 Greenwich Rd. , NORTON on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. with a funeral service beginning at 11:30 a.m. Rev. Dr. Vicki Hillman-Breckner officiating.

Interment will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at 1:15 p.m. The family would like to express a special thank you to Mulberry Gardens Memory Care and ClearPath Home Health & Hospice for the care, support and love they have shown to their mother. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, in memory of Glenna.
