Gloria Jean LeGrand, a resident of Okmulgee, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019 in Okmulgee, OK at the age of 66. She was born August 7, 1952 in Weleetka, OK to Edward Jennings & Pearline (Day). Jean worked as the cafeteria manager in Okmulgee Public schools for 28 years.

She was a member of the Rainbow for Eastern Star. She was an avid reader and loved sports especially any type of OU Sports. She was a proud Sooners fan.

She was preceded in death by her husband Joe LeGrand, her mama, Pearline Day, her mom, Georgia Dodge, son Mike LeGrand, brothers, Henry Jennings, Tommy Curran, Bobby Jennings, and Danny Day. Jean is survived by her son, Matt LeGrand of Okmulgee, daughter, Mary LeGrand of Okmulgee, daughter, Amy (Pookie) Grissom, daughter, Jacque McGertt & husband Bryan, daughter, Julie McCall, grandchildren: Miranda Brown & husband Jimmy of Sapulpa; Lakin LeGrand of Louisiana; Alexis LeGrand of Tulsa; Micka Walker of Okmulgee; Trenton LeGrand of Norman; Mackinzy Walker of Okmulgee; Marshall LeGrand of Okmulgee, Linear Williams, Remy Williams, Braeden Williams, Bailer Cusher, Brendan McCall, Jacy McCall, and Kk McCall, great grandchildren; Blake Brown of Sapulpa; James Jennings and wife Joyce of Okmulgee; Lou Jenning of Tulsa; and Kenny Jennings of Henryetta, daughter-in-law, Deena LeGrand of Okmulgee, as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Integrity Chapel.
