Grace Keena, 92, of Fergus Falls, died Sunday, September 23, 2018, at Broen Home in Fergus Falls. Grace A. Keena was born on January 25, 1926 in Fergus Falls, MN, the daughter of Milton and Julia Erickson. She graduated from Fergus Falls High School and attended Northwestern Bible College in Minneapolis.

While in college, she met and later married George C. Keena on December 23, 1955. In 1960, Grace and George moved to Mississippi, where George furthered his education and taught in public and parochial schools. While in Mississippi, Grace worked as a bookkeeper in various businesses.

In 1975, they returned to Fergus Falls to care for Grace’s parents until their deaths in 1979 and 1980. Grace and George eventually moved into Alcott Manor, and later Broen Home. Grace is survived by a niece, Marlene Halvorson of Underwood; and a nephew, Cal (Sue) Engel of Wichita, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George in 2014; and by three siblings, Helen Engel, Jeanette Althoff, and Gordon Erickson. Memorial Service: 1:00 PM Saturday, October 6, 2018, in Broen Home Light and Life Auditorium, with visitation one hour prior to services.
