Nelson, 81, of Grayslake formerly of Morton Grove, beloved husband of Lynn; dear father of Michael (Kimberly) and Wendy (Bill) Gaeding; loving grandfather of Emily, Kelsey, Lauren and Kailyn; fond brother of Judith (Jim) Scoville. Visitation at Simkins Funeral Home 6251 Dempster St. Morton Grove Tuesday Dec. 18th from 9 a.m. until time of departure for church at 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Isaac Jogues Church 8149 Golf Rd.

Niles, IL Tuesday at 11 a.m. Cremation private. Greg was a 30 year employee of Combined Insurance Co. (now AON) and a bus driver for Septran for many years in retirement. He was a lover of classical music and enjoyed photography.
