Greta Jean Waddell, age 73, of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away January 17, 2019. Born November 2, 1945 to David Howard Morton, Sr. and Ruth Marie Kessler in Charleston, West Virginia, Greta came to Port St Lucie in 1999. She took much joy working as a secretary treasurer and was a proud member of the PGA Golf club.

Greta is preceded in death by her mother, father and brother David Morton, Jr She is survived by her loving husband, Gary T. Waddell, whom she was married to for 40 wonderful years; daughters, Erin Gibson-White (Leonard), Jennifer Garin (Pete); son, Christopher Waddell (Kim); grandchildren, Maximus, Ryan, Kaleigh, Hannah, Austin, Lily, Taylor, Logan; and brother, Paul Morton (Sherry). A visitation will take place at Yates Funeral Home of Port St. Lucie on January 26, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
