OBITUARY Guadalupe H. “Lupe” Benavidez November 27, 1933 – November 6, 2018 Guadalupe H. “Lupe” Benavidez, 84 of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. He was born in Laredo, Texas on November 27 1933. Lupe received his high school diploma.

He married the love of his life, Elvira C Benavidez. Lupe worked in maintenance for a housing contractor for many years. He had a passion for fishing.

Lupe will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, Elvira C Benavidez. Lupe is survived by his sons, Albert Benavidez and Peter (Leanor) Nava; daughter, Doris Benavidez.

Also surviving are his grandchildren, Diego Nava and Jaylean Rodriguez; great-grandsons, Mathias Rodriguez and Mitchell Rodriguez. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel and will continue with a Chapel Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery.
