Obituary for Mrs. Gwendolyn Yvonne Turner Gwendolyn Yvonne Turner was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 30, 1932 to Essie and John Mills. She was a former administrative assistant for the Cleveland Police Department for many years. Gwendolyn enjoyed reading, gardening and decorating her home.

She was a devoted wife of the late Clifford Turner, a beloved mother of Randall Sr., Raymon and Rafael Sr., a dear grandmother of Brianna, Julian, Randall Jr., and Raphael Jr., a loving great grandmother of two and dear sister of Robert and Donald Mills.
