Hannah Dazey April 18, 1980 – March 15, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Hannah Dazey, 38, wife, mother, daughter, sister, and dear friend to all, died peacefully on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights, OH. She was diagnosed with kidney cancer one month earlier. Hannah was born in Fremont, Ohio on April 18, 1980, to John Boley and Cheryl (Mollinger) (Boley) Ohms.

She married her husband, Scott Dazey on July 31st, 2015. She resided in Tiffin, Ohio with her husband Scott and their children. Hannah was an avid cook, homemaker, and crafter but her real and abiding passions were her family and friends, of whom she always put first.

Hannah was a devoted mother, daughter and wife and when she wasn’t driving to dance lessons or cheering on one of the kids at a sporting event, you could find her planning her next family adventure or preparing the families favorite meal. Hannah is survived by her husband, Scott Dazey, and her six children, Scarlet (2), Clover (6), Luke (14), Caitie (16), Lauren (18), Caleb (21), and 2 stepchildren Veronica (23) and Brian (24), her grandson Asher, and step grandson Dominic, her parents Cheryl (Mollinger)Ohms (Mike) and John Boley, and her six siblings: Cary Gallegos of South Bend, IN, Randall Boley (Shannon) of Tiffin, Ashley Camera (Dino) of Vermillion, Sara Rice of Des Moines, Iowa, Gina Vargo of Toledo, Alan Ohms (Anna) of Buffalo, New York, Chrissy Burghardt (Mike) of Weston, Ohio, and Cassie Clark (Jeremy) of Custar, Ohio as well as many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Engle-Shook Funeral Home, 135 N. Washington St., Tiffin, on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. followed by a gathering at Tilly’s Banquet Hall, 2878 N. C.R. 41 Republic.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in her memory in the form of donations to the family fund. In memory of Hannah Dazey wife, mother, daughter, sister. Thank you for the joy you brought into our lives.

An amazing mother-a great friend-and a loving wife who always put your family and friends first. Our lives are richer because you gave your immeasurable love and huge heart so generously.
