Hannah Marie Ross, November 27, 1999 — May 11, 2019

Obituary Hannah Marie Ross was a creative, courageous young woman whom people naturally loved. She was born November 27, 1999. She engaged in life with passion and did not let the considerable challenges she faced deter her.

She won awards in 4-H, completed a rigorous art institute program, loved singing and playing the cello and ukulele, and earned her high school diploma, all while overcoming various disabilities. She had just completed a certification to become a team leader for her employer and after taking a gap year to save money, had enrolled at a local community college to begin studies in the fall. When Hannah smiled, you could not help but smile too.

Her laugh was loud and infectious, and she spread happiness wherever she went. When she passed away on May 11, 2019, nineteen short years with her were not enough. Her family will carry the deep wound of her early death for the rest of our lives, but we share Hannah’s hope in a faithful savior, Jesus Christ, who promised “…that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day”.

Our beloved Hannah is survived by her mother and father, Karla and Steven; her brother and sister, Eli and Elizabeth; her uncles, Mickey and family and Robert and family; her aunt, Jennie; her grandparents, Joe and Leta Garcia and Nina Emory; and her great-grandmother, Eva Bullard. A Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 15, 2019, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ebensberger-Fisher Funeral Home.
