They are the parents of six children: Cynthia, Jennifer, Wayne, Melissa, Victor, and Kate. Memorial Service at the Millcreek 6th Ward building (4558 South 600 East, SLC, UT 84107) on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. He will be greatly missed.
