We Celebrate the Life and Memory of Harriet Famble Woods whose death occurred on Friday, January 25, 2019 at Hospice Savannah. She was born January 10, 1949 in Savannah, Georgia and was a life long resident of Pinpoint Community. Harriet attended the public schools of Savannah – Chatham County and was a graduate of Sol C. Johnson High School and also attended Savannah State College ( University ).

She was a member of First Beaulah Baptist Church where she served on the Usher Board. She was employed by J.C. Lewis Properties and retired from Savannah – Chatham Public Schools as a Paraprofessional. Harriet was preceded in death by her parents; Cleveland Bond and Mattie Mae Famble Bonneau, her husband; Manson Woods, a son, Nakia Famble, a twin brother at birth and her brother Joe Famble.

Survivors are: her brother, Dea. Abraham “Nerve” ( Odessa ) Famble of Savannah, Ga. a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
