Harriet I. Cline, 90, formerly of East Springfield, OH, passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Lancia’s Villa Vista in Steubenville. She was born October 12, 1927 in Corry, PA, to the late Raymond Cathers and Inez King, Cathers, Curtis, Eshbaugh. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of the Cross in East Springfield.

For years she ran her own business, Harriet’s Beauty Shoppe, in East Springfield. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband of 70 years, Morris, on Feb. 12, 2017, 2 brothers, Raymond and Lynford, 3 sisters-in-law, Esther Cathers, Carolyn Cline, and Oma Porter.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Cindy (John) Harrah and Kathy (Bruce) Clark both of Cadiz; 1 grandson, Michael (Neiva) McKim; 2 great-granddaughters, Kayla and Sydney, 1 great grandson, Colton, all of Kent, OH, a brother-in-law, Red Cline of Amsterdam, a sister-in-law, Thelma Cathers, of Annapolis, numerous nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great-grand nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind the wonderful caring staff at Lancia’s Villa Vista. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Richmond on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 10 AM until time of funeral services at 1 PM with Rev.

Timothy Monteith officiating. Entombment will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
