Obituary for Harry R Burkholder Jr. Print Harry R. Burkholder Jr., 69, of Kirtland, passed away Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019, at his residence. Born March 18, 1949, in Cleveland, he had been a lifetime Lake County resident.
Harry was a member of the F.O.P. and Eagles. He was the loving father of Michael, Melissa and Michelle Burkholder; cherished grandfather of Jackson Burkholder, Kyle Sisson, Nathan Haslam, Brandon McElwain, Devin McElwain, Kaylie McElwain and Breanna McElwain; and brother of Carol (Tom) Curtis, Joe Burkholder and Jimmy Burkholder. Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Harry R. and Mary (nee Hynd) Burkholder; and brother, Jack Burkholder.
Family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb.
