Hazel’s Obituary Hazel Thompson Kinsey, 90, of Hapeville, died Friday, February 15, 2019. Hazel was a former Operator at South Fulton Hospital, a longtime member of The Order Eastern Star, and an active member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.

Preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. “Tommy” Kinsey, and a grandson, Ryan Kinsey, she is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Tom & Nancy Kinsey, Rick & Vicki Kinsey, Randy & Kim Kinsey, and Terry & Dalia Kinsey; grandchildren, Suzanne & Grant Tillman, Richie Kinsey, Brian Kinsey, Jason & Brandy Kinsey, and Josh & Megan Kinsey; great grandchildren, Luke Kinsey, Jack Tillman, Jae Kinsey, Alec Kinsey, Leah Kinsey, William Kinsey, and Parker Kinsey. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 20th at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 2840 Metropolitan Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30315, with Reverend Randy Strickland officiating.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Please omit flowers. The family requests memorial contributions be made to Mt.

Zion United Methodist Church, or to Sacred Journey Hospice, 138 Peach Drive, McDonough, GA 30253. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Donehoo-Lewis Funeral Home, Hapeville.
