Cardosi-Duncan, Heather Dawn, 37 of Springfield passed away May 27, 2018 in her residence. She was born in Springfield, Ohio on September 5, 1980, the daughter of Donald and Patricia Cardosi. Heather was a 1999 graduate of Shawnee High School; graduate of Urbana University and the Community Hospital School of Nursing.

She loved being a Mom and watching her kids play sports. Heather was known as a kind person with a warm heart. Heather was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Survivors include her parents; children Nathan Cardosi, Ian Duncan, Addalyn and Ella Glodek; her fiancé Kevin Smith; brother Matt (Lauren) Cardosi; sister Shannon (Alexander) Boling; special sister Lisa Everhart; nephews Alex and Austin Boling. Services to honor Heather will be Friday at 1:00PM in the Central Christian Church. A gathering of family and friends will be begin at 11:00AM.
