BANKS, Hedy Ann, age 77, born June 14, 1941 in Dayton, Ohio, passed away Monday, July 2, 2018 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was a member of Higher Dimension Ministry. Preceded in death by her parents, Richard Manuel and Ruby Palmer; husband, Leo Banks; brother, Johnnie Webb.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Timothy Jr., Darryl (Regina), Gregory (Stacy) and Stephen (Shavonne) Manson; daughters, Valerie (Gabriel) Scott, Monica Manson (Wendy); brother, Joseph Palmer; sisters, Patricia Keith, Diane Gibson; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service 11 am Friday, July 6, 2018 at The Potter’s House-Dayton International Ministries, 2050 Germantown St. Visitation 9-11 am. Family will receive friends 10-11 am.
