Heidi Ann Holcomb passed away Wednesday, May 8th at her home in Butte. She was born September 27, 1972 in Pensacola, Florida to Eric and Mary Joyce (Robinson) Beitzel. She was raised and received a strong Catholic education in Birmingham, Alabama.

She moved to Butte around the year 2000 where she attended Montana Tech. Heidi and worked at McDonald’s, Warm Springs and in the Deli at Safeway. She married Richard Holcomb in Butte on November 10, 2008 and together they enjoyed the outdoors, camping, rock climbing, rafting and skiing.

Heidi loved the outdoors and wildlife in general. She even adopted a polar bear through WorldWildlife.org. She enjoyed trips through Yellowstone Park and listening to Lincoln Park, M&M and 21 Pilots.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Holcomb of Butte, Her very dear friend, James Lang of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, her children: Zachary Beitzel, Jacob Eastman, Mattie Eastman, Sebastian Eastman and Megan Kemp, and two brothers, Travis and Joey Beitzel. Cremation has taken place and private memorial services will be conducted.
