Obituary for Helen L Fout Helen L. Fout age 90 of Forest, died on Saturday April 14, 2018 at 1:55am. She was born May 8, 1927 in Forest to Robert V. and Golda M. (Fewell) Spencer. She married Burton Snider and they divorced.
He preceded her in death in 1974. Helen married Allen E. “Gene” Fout on January 5, 1957 and he preceded her in death on February 26, 2005. Mrs. Fout is survived by a daughter Diana Sellars-Harman of Findlay, her children Mike McGarvey, Terri (Mark) Collins, Chris (Randy) Waugh, Carol (Sean) Brauneller, son Larry (Barb) Snider of Arlington, his son Jeff Snider, son Robert (Dixie) Fout of Lancaster, his children Michael (Tracy) Fout, John (Lindsey) Fout, James (Erin) Fout, son William (Vicki) Fout of Forest, his children Jacob (Dannie) Fout, Shelby and her fiance Travis, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents a brother William Spencer and a sister Mary Barbara Stewart. Mrs. Fout was a member of Forest United Methodist Church. She retired from REA in Kenton as an accountant, where she had worked for over 25 years.
Mrs. Fout enjoyed antiques and antique furniture, glassware, traveling, flower gardening and cooking. Helen especially enjoyed her grandchildren as babies and watching them grow. She was an active person, always giving of her time and helping others.
A funeral service will be held on Sat. April 21, 2018 at 10:30 AM in the Clark Shields Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hueston Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Fri. April 20, 2018 from 3-7 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or Forest Jackson Library in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home 301 S. Patterson St. Forest, OH 45843.
