Obituary for HELEN R. STRASSBERG SERVICES: 11:30 FRIDAY 4/27/2018 at HEBREW MEMORIAL CHAPEL A LINK WILL BE PROVIDED FOR A WEBCAST OF THE FUNERAL SERVICE. Age 90, of Oak Park, died April 23, 2018. A hidden child during World War II, Mrs. Strassberg worked at Beaumont Hospital for 28 years and was a member of B’nai B’rith.

Beloved wife for over 60 years to the late Charles Strassberg. Devoted mother of Bob (Venise) Strassberg and Julie Malmed. Loving grandmother of Brandon Strassberg, Valerie (Aaron) Burman and Daniel (Anne) Malmed.

Proud great-grandmother of Jack, Zoie, Rhys and Jaden. Cherished sister to the late Anna and the late Therese. Also survived by dear nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
