OBITUARY Helen Reyes Guzman June 25, 1935 – December 12, 2018 Helen Reyes Guzman, 83, went to be with our Lord on December 12, 2018. Helen was born June 25, 1935 to Samuel and Sara Reyes in San Antonio, Texas. Helen worked and retired from the food nutrition service department at George E. Kelly Elementary (SAISD).

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: William; brother: Jesse Navarro. She is survived by her children: Thomas, Sylvia (Fino), Sandra (Jimmy), Dora (Yolanda), and William (Melissa); 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sisters: Anita, Marcy (Wolfgang); numerous nieces and nephews. The Family would like to extend special thanks to the Staff of Grace Place Alzheimer’s Center.

Visitation will be held at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. On Thursday, December 20, 2018 the funeral procession will depart from the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. John Berchmans’ Catholic Church, with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II. FAMILY She is survived by her children: Thomas, Sylvia (Fino), Sandra (Jimmy), Dora (Yolanda), and William (Melissa); 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sisters: Anita, Marcy (Wolfgang); numerous nieces and nephews.
