Helen Rose Liethen 95, Neenah, passed away, Monday, May 6, 2019 at ManorCare in Appleton. She was born May 26, 1923 in Neenah to the late Herman and Hilda (Krautkramer) Blank. Helen wed Donald Liethen on May 4, 1961 and he preceded her in death in 2007.

She enjoyed working 32 years at Chase Bank, starting as a teller and eventually becoming a secretary for the Vice President. She is survived by her nephews: Melvin (Phyllis) Blank and Thomas (Regis) Blank; Donald’s nephews: Robert (Kay) Liethen and Thomas (Kitty) Liethen and her cousin Carita Williams. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Don; four brothers: Howard (Ann) Blank, Carl (Eileen) Blank, George (Doris) Blank and Donald (Marion) Blank.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 AM, Friday, May 10, 2019 at St. Mary Catholic Church (312 S. State St.) Appleton with Rev. William Schwichtenberg officiating. Friends may visit from 10:30 AM directly at church on Friday prior to the Mass.

Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah. A special thank you to Joan Kolosso for her assistance over the years.
