Henry William Bien, Jr., 63, of Westminster, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Westminster HealthCare Center. Henry was born on November 4, 1955 in Baltimore, son of the late Ruth Lillian Smith Bien and Henry William Bien, Sr. Henry, fondly known as Hank by family and friends, was a member of the 1973 graduating class of Towson High School. He attended college and served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

He enjoyed golf, family gatherings, crabbing and rock ‘n roll.
