OBITUARY Herbert Dean Henning January 13, 1942 – September 18, 2018 Herbert Dean Henning, 76, of Alexander, passed away September 18, 2018. He was born January 13, 1942 in Vimey Ridge, Arkansas to B.H. and Maggie Henning. Dean was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Avilla.

He was a musician and played the trombone, and enjoyed writing poetry and short stories. Dean was known for his kind and gentle ways. Dean and his wife enjoyed traveling and traveled to the seven continents.

He was a Registered Nurse and a member of the P.R.A. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by the love of his life, of 52 years, Marilyn Henning; and many other friends that will miss him dearly.

A Graveside Service will be held Friday, September 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
