Boyd Jr., Herbert Thomas of Boston, Massachusetts, passed peacefully in Milton, MA. Predeceased by his parents Herbert Thomas Boyd, Sr and Dorothy Boyd. He was a loving father to Herbert T. Boyd III, Steven Paul Boyd, Verdee A. Boyd, Felicia Boyd, Elaine Boyd and Shawn Boyd and also leaves their mother Elaine Boyd.

He was blessed to have a devoted and caring grandson Lamarc Boyd, he also leaves fourteen grand children and twenty two great grand children. Loving brother to Verdee Parhan (NC), Loretta Boyd, Paul Boyd, Raymond Boyd, Judy Boyd, Dorothy Williams (NC), Marilyn Mills and Maureen Boyd. He was predeceased by his long time friend and companion Kimiko Santos, whom everyone called NANA.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 10-12 PM at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 230 Warren Street, Roxbury, MA 02119. Private interment held through St. Michael Crematory, Roslindale, MA. To leave condolences for the family visit www.
