RAVENNA Hilda Elizabeth Keller, 77 years of age, passed away peacefully on Saturday December 8, 2018 at The Woodlands Nursing Home in Ravenna, Ohio. Hilda was born in Normalville, Pennsylvania on June 15, 1941, the daughter of the late Melvin John and Alice Jane (Clark) Laymon. Hilda was a devoted and faithful loving wife to James Bayard Keller for 56 wonderful years following their marriage on March 24, 1962.

A homemaker, she had been an area resident since 1990, and was a member of St. Joan of Arc Parish in Streetsboro. She was a spoiling Grandmother and Great-Grandmother of 12 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. Hilda was preceded in death by her son Samuel Stephen Moore Keller II, and her brother Samuel Ernest Laymon.

In addition to her husband who survives at their home, she is survived by her daughters Linda (Rick) Glines of Idaho, Janice Smith of Georgia and Nancy (Jeff) Daniels of Virginia; her Daughter in Law Ruth Keller; her grandchildren Geoffrey Keller, Betsy (Caleb) Steele, Lindsay (Chad) Walker, Kymberly (Logan) Hardy, Stephenie Keller, Olivia Hardy, Marlayna Perrine, Emelie Daniels, Susie Daniels, Savea Steele, Cassandra Hardy and Conner Steele. She is also survived by her siblings Melvin John (Darlene) Laymon, Sarah Catherine Low, Willard Francis (Patricia) Laymon and Jeannette Irene Lidey, all of Pennsylvania. Hilda was a Loving and Gracious Angel that walked this earth and is deeply missed by us all.

She was our everything. She was the air we breathe, she was love, hope and grace. Her love of Husband was endless and special, which will always be with him.

Her love of her children and grandchildren are engraved in their hearts. She was the purest hearted woman ever known. She never complained.

She never had a bad word about anyone and welcomed everyone into her home and family with love and affection. She will be greatly missed by all of her family as well as everyone that knew her. Hilda’s family will never love and cherish anyone as much as they do her.

She is now in heaven with her son and all her family and friends. We will always remember all the good things she has brought in our lives. We thank you for our precious gift of life and we will miss you so very much.

You may be gone, but will never be forgotten. Calling hours will be Wednesday December 12, 2018 from 5:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St.Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255, and on Thursday December 13, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of her funeral service at 11:00 A.M. Officiating will be Rev.
