OBITUARY Hilde Day July 10, 1930 – July 23, 2018 Hilde Day, age 88, passed away July 23, 2018. Hilde was born in 1930 in Munich, Germany. She spent her youth in Germany and spent time in bomb shelters during WWII.

She met her future husband Frank Day while he was stationed in Germany during the war, and he sent her over to America to wait for him while he finished his service. Hilde was a loving and giving lady, always willing to help anyone, but not wanting to bother anyone with needing their help. Her motto in life was to keep going, no matter what you were going through.

She was strong and feisty lady. She loved her friends and pets, especially her late bird Mikey. Hilde was preceded in death by her husband Frank.
